Real-Time Incident Management
Project
see3 was developed as a critical incident management platform for the Paris 2024 Olympics. The suite of products (web and mobile) provided real-time monitoring, automated communication, and live location tracking of vehicles and staff, ensuring seamless incident resolution and risk mitigation. The system played a vital role in safeguarding operational efficiency, minimising reputational risks, and enhancing the overall event experience.
This project was undertaken at Danger Farms.
Responsibilities
Led the end-to-end delivery of a scalable real-time incident reporting platform, ensuring its functionality met the demands of a high-profile, time-sensitive environment.
Oversaw the agile development process, ensuring rapid iterations and continuous stakeholder alignment and managed seamless integrations with real-time GPS tracking, automated alert systems, and existing event infrastructure.
Supported the strategy for ensuring the platform was scalable and adaptable for use across multiple global events. Ensured compliance with data security and privacy regulations, critical for sensitive event operations.
Conducted onsite user testing based on real-world event simulation. Delivered in-person training to ensure seamless adoption and effective usage of the platform.
Managed 24/7 support before, during, and after the games, ensuring uninterrupted operations and rapid issue resolution.
Outcome
Successfully delivered a robust real-time incident management platform that was stress-tested during a full-scale event simulation.
Enabled rapid response and improved coordination between teams, reducing potential disruptions and improving event safety.
Established a scalable foundation for future events, ensuring long-term value and adaptability beyond its initial use case.
