Project Management & Strategy: Led the end-to-end delivery of a scalable web CMS layer using Acquia Site Studio and Drupal 9, ensuring rapid rollouts across multiple brand sites.
Design System Implementation: Oversaw the creation of a centralised design system that balanced brand consistency with flexibility, allowing global teams to maintain a strong visual identity while adapting to local market needs.
Technical Integration & Deployment: Managed seamless integrations with third-party systems and optimised CI/CD processes to support multi-site operations, ensuring efficient content updates and product launches.
Future-Proof Architecture: Collaborated on a platform designed to accommodate headless CMS capabilities, enabling a modular, multi-channel digital presence for long-term scalability.
